Printer Properties Your last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

We upgraded (7.2.1.1672) and are now having issues with Printer Properties in Mail Merge. We are able to select the various paper trays in Citrix, but in Novell the options are grayed out. Any ideas?
