Problem after period of inactivity
Posted: 19 May 09 3:01 AM
Currently we are trialing saleslogix at a single site and i have reports from users that when they come back from lunch (approx. 1 hour of inactivity) they have to close and reopen saleslogix and Outlook as they are unresponsive. I have tried to recreate the problem at our main site where some of us have access to salelsogix for administrative purposes and cant seem to replicate it. Does anyone have any insight as to why this may be happening? Is it a known problem with saleslogix or outlook? or could it be a citrix problem?
Any ideas or help would be very much appreciated. Thanks
