outlook speed problem

Hi all, im having a problem reported by saleslogix users at one of our sites regarding the speed of outlook in saleslogix. So much so that it can freeze for up to 5 minutes when sending a mail and the users then have to crash the program and re-login where everything is then fine for a while. When we log into saleslogix at our site everything works fine. The freezing problem seems to happen at random times during the day to random people making it hard to track the problem especially since we cant recreate it here. At the moment we are trialing saleslogix at one site (with several of us having access for administration and testing at our main office here). Does anyone know any issues regarding the use of saleslogix and citrix? Has anyone else come across this problem?

Andrew - would you please clarify the following.
Are all users on Citrix or only those on the remote site?
Are the users that do not have issues working only in your main office and using SalesLogix over the LAN?
Citrix works well with SalesLogix and Outlook so I am not sure where the issues are arising.
