This is a per User setting.

Completed Activities are stored on the History table. There is an option (per User) that allows for the Completed Activities to be displayed on the Calendar (with a limit of up to 6 months in the past I believe).

So, if you don't see completed activities on the calendar when you login as a User, go into the Options and check the checkbox to display them.

Have you identified which activities are not visible?
As stated previously, there is a time frame that is used to determine how much "Completed" data is loaded to the calendar.

Also, if your user is a remote, and you are checking on the Network, have you searched for those completed activities on the History table to ensure that they are there?

Additionally, are these activities that these users owned? Or were they just participants?
An activity has multiple Participants (Users) that are listed on the User_Activity table, and one leader who is listed directly on the Activity record (as well as the User_Activity table).

However, once an activity is completed, the "Archived" copy created on the History table is no longer associated with the Members, only with the Leader of the activity. Thus it will only be shown on the Calendar for that user.

There are several Dates associated with activities:

Original Date
Start Date
Completed Date (only on History table)

When an activity is first created, the Original Date and Start Date are the same.
If you reschedule an activity (or let it roll over), the Original Date will not be modified, just the Start Date.

When you complete an Activity, you have 2 options: Complete as Schedule and Complete Now. Complete as Schedule makes the CompletedDate match the Start Date, Complete Now makes the Completed Date be the date/time when you click on Complete.

With all that being said, the system is probably filtering based on Start Date, since that would be the date on which it will place the activity on the Calendar.
