Hi,

Have you looked within the SalesLogix Integrity Checker to see if there are any reported issues with Activities?

You could also run the SalesLogix Profilier to see if you can locate any issues..

Hi Adam! Thans for the answer..

I looked and everything is fine... I was thinking about the SQL Server and Windows 2008... So, i changed to windows 2003 and SQL Server 2005, but the problem continues... It freezes in the splash screen "Loading Activities" and nobody else can logon...

if you or someone have another idea, please send to me..

thanks again!

Hi,

You stated that this issue occurs "In some hour of the day" Do you have any tasks / Applications running around this time on your database/application server?

Regards, Adam

Have you looked into Database Locks

I would suggest that you monitor your SQL Server at the time of the Freezes.

Try to determine if there are any Locks on the Table that may be causing problems, and if so, try to fix the issue with the Locks.

There could be many causes for locks, From Bad Code (that locks the table and doesn't release it) to bad indexes that force the SQL server to do table scans and execisve locking as well.
