There is one user that is unable to view the Contacts Grid.  When the user logs in, on any machine, the Contacts Tab is blank.  The user is unable to click on any other groups.  The only thing on the screen is 'More Tabs', which is blank.  Any help would be appreciated. 

From what you have said it sounds like the users user options are corrupt (I have had this before) Execute the following which should resolve the issue:

Delete From UserOptions Where UserID = 'Enter DB Userid Here'

You will have to reset the users default options under their profile after the update.
