Copy the following files from a working SalesLogix machine:
SLXMMEngine.dll
SLXMMGUI.dll
SLXSupport.dll
Reboot the machine

fiogf49gjkf0d Make sure there is a SLX field in the mail template. Without it SLX will tend to complain and not do the merge. If you don't have one I've always used one of the userfields that I know will always be blank.
If you are running SLX SP1 then Outlook 2003 SP2 is incompatible with it. This might also be your issue. In this case the only alternative is to uninstall Office 2003 and SLX completely and reinstall them.

| Does everyone else within your office have the same MS Office/Outlook version? If so, and they are running smoothly, I say you have a broken piece in either your local SLX client or Outlook. Honestly, I would look at repairing Outlook with the original install disc first. |
