Please anybody can tell me whether "ksync_user_convert" is a SalesLogix database.

When I 'm trying to create remote database the following error appears ...

[23/11/2007 17:41:34]Warning : The table "ksync_user_convert" exists in the database but not in RESYNCTABLEDEFS and will not be copied.

, but I don´t remember I had create it via SQL.

Thanks.

That appears to be a TABLE in your SalesLogix database used by/for knowledgesync.

Hello, Patricia:

This might (from the name of the table) that this might have something to do with the Sage KnowledgeSync Alerting application, but the tablename is unfamiliar to me and might instead just have to do with SalesLogix's sync'ing function. I am checking into this with our developers and will let you know if it has anything to do with KnowledgeSync.

Patricia:

First of all, this isn't a Knowledge Sync table as the Name may lead most to believe. This table is created by Scribe.

Also, keep in mind that this is a benign error (more informational than error). It doesn't prevent you from cutting the Database, it just informs you that this table exists on the host and will not be sent to the remotes (which you don't want anyways).

In general, Scribe add several tables and/or views to the DB, but they aren't intended to be sent to remotes. In this particular case, disregard this message.

Best Regards !!!

Patricia:

I just heard back from our developers that this "ksync_user_convert" table is not a table that belongs to (or is used in) the Sage KnowledgeSync application. Although it is possible that this is a custom table that someone created to be used with our application, I believe that this is a SalesLogix-specific table.

Thank you, Raul

I didn´t know that "ksync_user_convert" was created by Scribe, and I tought that it must appear necesarily in Db manager.

I will keep in Mind. All are clear and good now

Thanks you
