Does creating a One to One table in Architect use all the space it's set to on creation?

For example if I have 96,000 accounts and I create a one to one off the accounts with Accountid, field one (varchar 180), field two (varchar 200) would it automatically use all the space the fields are set to or would it just fill the accountid field up leaving the field one and field two empty not "hogging" any space?

It won't do either - it won't automatically insert the 1:1 records for you. You'll need to account for via scripts and in any code.
