We are moving sales logix to a new dedicated server- database, application and sync on the
same server. Has anybody done this. How can we switch the Remote users to the user server without cutting remote databases?

You can export the Sync Transfer Profile, email them to the users, and they can import them using the Sync Client.

We are moving the Sales Logix application server, database and the sync server all to a new server.
What steps should we take to switch both the Network and the Remote users to the new server.
The server name and the database name has changed.
We would like to automate it as much as possible and not cut new remote databases.

Meena, you need to follow the directions in the Administrator help. Search for the string "Extracting a Sync Transfer Profile" and you will find what you need. You can not automate this.

Timmus is correct - this is nothing that can be automated - a lot of manual work and could take hours.. or days if you have a lot of remotes.
