fiogf49gjkf0d I am generating an email merge w/ 69,000 contacts using an email template. It looks like it is going to take 5 hours to just do 14,000. How should I be sending out mass emails? |

fiogf49gjkf0d For that number of emails I would be looking at an email Marketing tool that integrates with SalesLogix.
As SLX works through Microsoft Exchange it must be having a big impact on your users who use Outlook and will have an impact on network traffic.

fiogf49gjkf0d You may want to use an email service for that bulk size of an email. We use SwiftPage email.

It's a great program with very solid integration with Sage SalesLogix. In addition, there is so many other valuable reporting features that you can't get if you send via internally. |

fiogf49gjkf0d We normally only send to about 3800 contacts and use SLX to do this. For the number you are sending to I would highly recommend using an outside provider. You risk beling blacklisted if you're using an email account for the company.
I will have to look into the other recommended methods previously mentioned. Thanks.
