SQL Profile Template

Many of the requests for help on this forum could be resolved with a SQL Trace via SQL Profiler. However, a SQL Trace is intimidating if not configured correctly.
I would like to supply a sample SQL Trace Template for the forum. How do I supply an attachment? It would be much simpler to supply a template that works rather than writing up an article on the ins and outs of SQL Profiler  .

I will be adding the ability to add an attachment to a post in the future. However, for now, if you want to send it to me then I can post it to the downloads section of the site http://www.slxdeveloper.com/page.aspx?id=22 It would likely be easier to find there anyway and not get burried in a forum post. If you wanted, you could send it to me and I could add a link to your forum post also direct to the file.
