Good afternoon, we are using SalesLogix 6.2 As of 4 days ago we can no longer enter new leads without getting a "Varable is undefined' error.

The entered "new lead" does get created, but you have to go search for them after the erro is dismissed by clicking "OK"

The Dev system we created a while ago works fine.

Any ideas?

First of all, check if the Plugin has been modified in Architect.

Second, check the Code Line that the error refers to, this may clue you as to what variable this may refer to.

For example, it may be a new Picklist value that causes an If Statement to go into a different Branch or some other Function to be called that didn't use to get called before, so now you get this error.
