hi,

this is anil, there is an issue regarding the accessing saleslogix.
the error is displayed while logging into saleslogix "database login failed : authenticationfailed".

can you please let me know why these kind of errors arise while logging into saleslogix.

I usually only see this message if the user uses the wrong username or password. You may want to just reset the password.
