The implementation I'm working on is using a vertual server based in amsterdam. When trying to create the pathing for the Library and Doc folders i'm unable to navigate to the server in the normal way, I can type in \\servername\folder\library. It works Ok directly on that server but I'm unbale to see it from my local client. I assume that we have a permission issue but at what level? I need a form of words to convince the IT staff i have a problem!

this is 7.0.1

thanks

Tell your IT staff that you can't browse (in Explorer) to the shared folders on the server (documents, library etc) and let them figure out why
