Plugin Manager Always on Top

I'm having a problem with one of our client computers when we edit templates in Architect. Word is coming up behind the Plugin Manager. I can get to it by using Alt-Tab and switching to the Architect application. If I open page setup, it is behind the plugin manager and the Architect window. I havn't found a way to get to the page setup window and end up killing the Architect process. As a work-around, we can position the plugin manager & Architect windows near the side of the screen so the page setup will not be hidden behind them, but this is a bit cumbersome.
Has anyone else had this problem? If so, were you able to resolve it?
Additional Info: This is a brand new IBM laptop. It came with Vista but was completely wiped to install XP instead. It has remote client installed along with the Administrator & Architect.
I've tried completely removing SalesLogix and reinstalling it. The version of MS Office is 2003 SP2. It has also been uninstalled/reinstalled.
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

KI.. and NOT fixed in v7.2.1 either.
There's nothing you can do to "fix" it.. hard code situation.
Edit templates via the SalesLogix client and you will NOT have this problem. -- RJLedger - rjlSystems |
