SLX 7.5 Webclient

Hi,
I installed SLX 7.5 Web for first time.
The installation along the implementation guide was fine (inclunding build/deployment of the SLX Client).
In my WWWRoot subdirectory SLXClient exists and the content seems to be ok.
WebDLL user is created as descibed.
When I try to access the webpage http://locolhost:3333/SLXClient I get an error 404.
When I look for the accessable content of the webserver via http://locolhost:3333 I get
aspnet_client
mmServer
slxweprpt
no SLXClient.
Has anybody an idea what I've to do to get access to the SLXClient side?

Ok it's solved
ASP.Net was in IIS deactivated.
Now it works

I am facing the same issue of 403 after installing slx 7.5 for the first time. Could you please explain me what needs to be done for rectifying the error

In Joern's case, ASP.Net was not Active on the Web Server. Either It wasn't installed (run aspnet_regiis.exe from Framework folder), or was Prohibited under Web Services Extensions (Assuming IIS6, may be different on IIS7).
There is a section on the Implementation guide on how to manually configure the Web Client, you may want to follow it up to review your Installation. |
