SLX 6.2.6, Error message applying hotfix 10/11

Hotfix 10/11 is supposed to fix a sync problem of Japanese characters.
Installing the hotfix on the server and on the remote installations we
always get the following error message:
"Error 1328: Error applying patch to file C:\Config.Msi\PT2AE5.tmp. It has
probably been updated by other means, and can no longer be modified by this
patch. For more information contact your patch vendor."
Has anybody any experience with this message?
On the server we have Windows XP multilanguage installed. On the remote
clients Japanese XP. Prior to installing hotfix 10/11 we have installed hotfixes 1, 2, 7 and 9. |
