Move slx to new severs

Things are moving right along. Sync is still not working too well.
We need to move the entire system from one set of servers to another. That is, slx has its server and sql is on its own server (sync runs on the slx server). We are going to move the slx server to a new location/domain as well as sql.
Any ideas on the best (meaning easiest/fastest) way to approach this? I don't mind cutting new remotes and lan users will be using citrix (which another department can deal with).
We are using 6.2.3 with sql 2000. We have the 6.0 install disk but it does not appear that we have 6.2.
