SLX 7.2 "unable to locate requested plugin"

hi,
we installed SLX 7.2.2 from scratch on a complete new oracle DB and a new installed pc (client & server installation). everything seems to work on the first view - except in architekt i can not open a single plugin - not even a just new generated one.
I always get the message "unable to locate requested plugin" - but the plugins work in SLX Client.
Anyone got an idea what this could be connected to?

hmm seems the Architekt is the problem; all plugins are shown only with first 8 characters. For example the properties of plugins dont work as well - i guess the architekt selects the plugins using the name as well - and if this is corrupt opening the plugin won't work.
in database the plugins are shown correct. |
