I created a remote user database for a user yet after it was attached the Saleslogix of the user is asking for a password and when we entered the password it says that the “Login Failed”. In other word is not proceeding despite of encoding the password. How will I address problem like this?

Is this within the Connection Manager or Data Link Properties (sysdba user or SalesLogix user credentials)

If the error occurs for the SalesLogix user then simply update the password within the SalesLogix Administrator | Users

Run the Sync Server, login to the Sync Client on the remote users machine as the Admin user and Sync to recieve the update password for the user.

If the issue is with the connection manager, and you running SQL Express 2008? You need to ensure you have configured the connection properly (check out the link below)
