I have a network user that has Adobe Acrobat Reader version 9. The Saleslogix version is 7.5.2. What the problem is that whilst trying to open a Library document, documents in the Library that are either in M.S. Word or Excel will open. But documents that are in PDF format will not open.
I can open the documents, browsing to the files and "click" to open.
I have removed Saleslogix and re-installed Saleslogix and then installed the Saleslogix SP2. Then tested to open a file in the Library in a PDF format. There is no error message either.
any ideas or suggestions will be appreciated. |
