fiogf49gjkf0d I received a laptop to work at a different desk. It has XP on it and all the same programs as my desktop. We installed SLX client and it connects in the "test connection", but when I try to log on, it just crashes. It pops up the "send Error Report" dialog and that is it. No other error is displayed.
The Event Log says
"Faulting application saleslogix.exe, version 7.2.2.1871, faulting module slxdbengine.dll, version 7.2.2.1871, fault address 0x000508a6."
I can't find anything in the Sage Knowledgebase. We have it installed on 30 other machines - including my desktop -- and everyone else works just fine. I can log into any other computer, except this one. This computer is even on the same subnet and everything.
I uninstalled SLX and reinstalled and it still crashed. So I uninstalled and went through the registry and file system and removed all the SalesLogix stuff. I reinstalled and it does the same thing. |
