Citrix install for Sales client 7.5 - no printers Your last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

We have 2 client versions of the sales client running on separate Citrix servers. Version 6.2 is connected to the networked printers. But sales client 7.5 has no printers; the 7.5 Admin client on that same server does have networked printers.

Any idea what is going on or how to fix ?
