Hello Guys! Im trying to solve a big problem in a remote user... After login and try to sync, gives me an error:

"An unusual error has occurred when executing FIleSyncNow. Contact your system administrator. 0x1 @0: Function FileSyncNow Exception: Exception Exception Location: [00C18643] {SalesLogix.exe}"

and after this, saleslogix looses the datalink and dont login anymore...i need to restart the pc , and the same problems persists... Someone knows something about this?
