Hi,

I installed SLX 8.1 Server and admin tools. Add the Connection in Connection Manager. Everything fine so far. I can login in SLX when I start it at the Server. I installed SLX LAN Client on a testnotebbok. I created the Data Link to the Server. When I try to login I get the the failure above.

Any ideas what I did wrong

You also need to install SQL Native Client (that matches version of SQL you are connecting to). The provider will use this to open native connections to SQL server - so if it's missing this err occurs.
