Plz Help Error On Installing

fiogf49gjkf0d Hi everybody, plz help me. I'm having a trouble when installing saleslogix (Administrative Tools, Client) 6.2.
FYI, I haven't install the SP because I'm still trying first to install the base installation of 6.2.
Usually it's fine, but when i try to install it today, it displayed error message box like these..

fiogf49gjkf0d As additional information, it displays error message when installed on laptop.
It installs just fine on desktop PC.
O yes, I'm using win xp pro sp2.
Is there any reasonable explanation on this.

After almost 4 hours lurking, I've finally manage the problem. And it's the DST..
My laptop has been patched with DST patch by M$ update.
I've read about it in this forum before, but i don't get the correlation between DST update fix
from M$ and error when installing SLX.
Anyway if anybody need some link, here it is

i have had the same problem when i was instal the slx support client , it shows me a msg (error 1711) , means u need to download java runtime error , and i downloaded it then updated my xp with SP2 and tried to reinstal again and i got same msg , listen when u unistal slx , it does not remove everything to do it
Although you have removed programs and deleted folders and files, there may still be other
SalesLogix files on your system.
To remove these files, use the Windows Find command
1 Open Windows Explorer.
2 On the Tools menu, point to Find, and then click Files or Folders.

3 In the Find dialog box, click the Name & Location tab.
a In the Named box, type SalesLogix.
b In the Look in box, select your root directory (C:\).
c Ensure the Include subfolders option is selected, and then click Find Now.
d Delete all SalesLogix references that appear.
4 Click OK.
Restart your pc and then try again
