Invalid User or Password

I have had some error and problem with SLX support such as runtime error and i really want to thank David Henry for help me and its ok now i installed the support client and the oracle db and tested the net service its okay too , and the support client reads the server and db , but when i sign to the slx it says INVALID USER r PASSWORD (Data link) and from the logon says dtabase login failed :authentication failed
can anybody help me plzzz? |

Reset the user's password (the one you are trying to login with) using the SalesLogix administrator.

Once you login to the SalesLogix Administrator click on the users tab. Then double click the users profile you were recieving the login error for. Click on CHANGE PASSWORD.
