SLXSystem Error

Plz Help,
I'm having trouble installing SalesLogix on Windows 2003 SP1. FYI, that macine is used as a Terminal Server. Before the server crash, it would be very smooth to install and use it in a multi user environment.
I'm already following all the rules: 1. Install SLX 6.2 2. Install SP6 3. Install SLXSystem as service 4. Reboot
The problem is if ordinary user run SalesLogix, the SLXSystem run as user him/her self not as SYSTEM. But if the user with Admin privileges run the SalesLogix (to up the SLXSystem), ordinary user can use SalesLogix smoothly. But... after a while (a minute if i didn't mistake), the SLXSystem run as SYSTEM sleep.
My strategy was to make that service always up, never shutsdown. So i try this strategy
We set the SLXSystem service to Automatic. And then add this registry DWORD key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SalesLogix\ShutdownDela y Set the value = 0
reference:
The SLXSystem service starts and stops when connections are created. However, by default, the SLXSystem.exe continues to shut down after a minute. If necessary, you can set the service to remain open for a set amount of time before shutting down. To set a specific amount of time for the service to remain open, add the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SalesLogix\ShutdownDela y(DWORD). The key accepts values 1 through 1440, where the value indicates the number of minutes the service will run before shutting down (after it detects no activity). Setting the value to 0 indicates the service never shuts down.
But it also failed, the SLXSystem also died.
Any help will do.
Thx a lot. |

Ah Thank's God,
I've finally managed to solved the problem.
This is how i fixed my problem: i changed the sequence of rules.
- I install SLX 6.2 - I Install SLXSystem as service - Reboot - I Install the patch SP6
Works nicely..
