When we cut remote databases we get these warning messages. I think the tables with _bak in the name are temp ones created by our BP, but is it safe to ignore all these messages?

These are tables that exist as sysdba owned in your db but are not part of the SalesLogix system.. that is they were not "built" using the SalesLogix DB tool. "Someone" must have built them using Enterprise Manager (or some other "external" method).

Now the "kitchhen sink" (Scribe) tables should NEVER be sync'd (ksync_...)

It also looks like you have a view there as well.. this will not "cut" either... not supported UNLESS you are on v7.0.X and have "enabled" it.
