Hi Guys

We have only 2 remote agents and we have just replaced both machines, we have cut a database for each and attached fine and works fine.

On cutting the databases the 'send attachments' was checked.

so the problem - all attachments ask if you want to get them next sync - and stay in the requested state even after several sync cycles.

accounts and account details sync fine

does saleslogix think the remotes should have the attachments from before and previous syncs as this is a database re-cut for an existing user.

This is the way it works now.. attachments are not "sent" but a "link" is put in place to show there IS an attachment that you can subscribe to (like the way the Library works).

We've been asking for this feature for years!.. now we have it!.
