I have a case where the SLXMonitoring console is set up and showing a service with a green arrow. However, I am not getting any opitons to view logs, next sync etc. I have stopped and restarted the service and syncing is happening. Has anyone seen this? Thanks

When you registered the service in SLX monitor...

Did you enter the exact name and port as well as correct sync server name.

Is it set in administrator to automatically run so there is something happening to monitor

Have you changed the SalesLogix Admin password?.. if so, the cached password is causing you problems.

Delete the registration and re-do it.

Steve,

I have seen this before when the wrong service name, machine name or port was entered.

8950 is the standard port # for the SYNC SERVICE.
