Missing SQL In TEF Files
Posted: 04 Oct 07 3:53 PM
We have SalesLogix 6.2.6.1007 and have a problem where tef files
created on the user's remote database are missing sql. One example is
when a user closes an activity, the following sql should be generated
in the tef files: insert to history, update to history of longnotes,
delete of activity. Only the update to history of longnotes is there.
We've had this problem for the last 6 months and haven't been able to
resolve it because we can't recreate it. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

Does this happen on all your remote databases?

It happens on almost all of them but it doesn't happen consistently. It's very intermittent. I have only found a few people who have not had this problem at all. I'm going to look at their desktop and BluPrint options to see if I can see anything different about their setup.
