Subscribed Attachments not syncing

SLX 7.0 sp1 - Attachments not syncing to remote office. I have a persisting situation where attachments are not syncing to the remote office when subscribed to. Have others seen this?m There are also some problems with attachements coming from the Remote to the main office also..
I was checking the FailedTrans folder on the production sync server - I have found a number of files with the remote office's site code - for example - 20071008 132908120.NPE3 - then when viewed through the transaction view the data looks like this:
!Q6UJ9A0560PEStorm Gate.48FF.pdf
Unable to delete file: \\Pdxslx\RemOffice Sync Logs\Documents\AttachTemp\FILEA05TXKP.6UJ9 System Error Message: The system cannot find the file specified
There are many of these. Is this causing my problem or is this something all together different? Any insight appreciated.
