Sync Server stops when RDP session stops

We have a client where we are syncing to two remote offices, I access the main Sync Server through an RDP session. The sync appears to work correctly whenever I am logged into the RDP session, but stops working when I logout.
I'm guessing that I need to be accessing the server through VNC or Dameware to correct the issue.
My question... has anyone seen similar functionality? |

The sync server SERVICE should be running ("LOGON AS" tab on the service) with a domain account that has admin privelages on that box (account needs logon as service, logon as batch job, etc as explained in the implementation guide). I would check that, first.

We did finally figure it out. The syncservice folder can not be on another machine.... the sync service doesn't have access to the other machine evidentally.
