Huge files in Outfiles and WriteCacheYour last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

Sync issues - I am getting huge files for certain users in the Outfiles - over 500mb! The sync cycle runs for hours. Most of this time is spent creating a file in the WriteCache folder for a specific user. We had it happening on a user last week, creating 50mg files and moved him to a network client. Sync ran good for a few days and now it is happening to another remote user. I haven't been able to access one of the new 500mb files, but the 50mb file was almost all account changes. I suspect the same for the 500mb - I will confirm if the sync cycle ever completes.

Has anyone seen files of this size passing through the sync cycle? The frequency of the sync in every 6 hours, 100 Accounts per cycle. Is there a way to ensure that files won't get to this size? Any thoughts on the cause? Thanks

Have you done anything to change account ownership, or subscription rules?

Did you look at the Sync Event log to see what was sent to the user?

Check the user's profile to see what accounts that are subscribed to.
