Note Insertion Error on newly cut remote
Posted: 03 Dec 07 3:52 PM
I have one user with a newly cut remote getting the following error when trying to Insert a note:
An unusual error has occurred when executing Insert:Not. Contact your system administrator. 0x1 @0: Function Insert:Note Exception: Exception EOleException: The Statement has been terminated. : Cannot Insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.HISTORY' with unique index 'XPKHISTORY'
Exception Location: [0056D38C]{SalesLogix.exe}
He is the only user I know of gettting this error... He says he gets a similar error when trying to drop emails - I am assuming on the history grid. Also to note, a table called dbo.history doesn't exist in the main db..
Has anyone else seen this? Any idea why it might happen and how to fix? Thanks

Sounds like something is off in the sitekeys table. Probably the best thing you can do is cut a new remote for that user - that should solve the problem.
