I have created a subscription rule for a remote user. When I cut the db it cuts all the accounts in the main db. I have used this same rule with success before. I deleted and recreated with the same results. The SQL from the rule and what gets cut are NOT the same. Has anyone seen this?

What's the rule look like?

If it's something like .. Account... where Accountid contains data.. then EVERY account will go out.. even ones you are not supposed to get.
