Subscription rule not working

| I have created a subscription rule for a remote user. When I cut the db it cuts all the accounts in the main db. I have used this same rule with success before. I deleted and recreated with the same results. The SQL from the rule and what gets cut are NOT the same. Has anyone seen this? |

What's the rule look like?
If it's something like .. Account... where Accountid contains data.. then EVERY account will go out.. even ones you are not supposed to get.
