Sync error

While Synchronizing in remotes ,i am getting the following error:
Error: Cannot access the sync server Infiles Directory Error: Cannot access the sync server Outfiles Directory
What could be the reason for this error.Can anyone tell me the solution for this. please help it's Urgent |

What synchronization method are the remotes using? |

Problem is with only one remote client not with all the remotes
They are using manual synchronisation.I hope i answered ur question right |

Does the user use FTP or HTTP or Network Sync method?
Is this the same for all remote users?
As all the other remotes are working it must be machine/user specific. Check that the windows firewall and virus scanner on the user's machine is not blocking the synch program.
What happens when the user clicks the Test button in the synch client.
Is there anything in the SyncErrors.txt on the remote. |

Network Sync Method
It is same for all remote users
The message that is cuming is,
Testing........ Testing sync server Infiles Directory... Error:cannot access sync server Infiles Directory Testing Sync Server Outfiles Directory Error:Cannot access Sync server outfiles directory...... one or more errors occurres during test

Has the remote user connected to your network? Using VPN etc
Can the user ping the Sync Server?
Can the user see the Sync Server in windows explorer?
Check that the windows firewall and virus scanner on the user's machine is/are not blocking the sync program.
Does the remote user have the correct permissions on the shares on the server? |
