We have the situation where changes are being made to User information in the Host DB, and these changes are not being synced to our remote office. Specifically, adding a new User, and changing a user from Retired to Network. I can see other changes and new data being synced OK (ACCOUNTs, CONTACTs etc) so our Sync processes are working, its just changes to Users which aren't.

Is this a known issue? Is there some way to force the changes across? Any other suggestions?

This is stranger than I thought. I tried updating my own user informatiom, changing my email and title. The email change has synced, the title change has not. Weird.
