Sync Server External Exception Error E06D7363

Hello.
We have been experiencing an intermittent error with our sync server where it is unable to connect to our production database. The error used to occur at 3am every few days or so, so we created 2 scheduled runs to work around the 3am time where we were experiencing trouble (1st run goes until 2:45am, the 2nd run begins at 6am). This is a dedicated server and no other services are running on it (even at 3am when we were experiencing the problem, we just scheduled the 2 runs to see if this would be effective). Now we are starting to experience the same error at 12am every few days or so-- it is always the same error and always at the same time. The exact error states: "Error attempting to login to database. Alias: External exception E06D7363." Thank you in advance to anyone who responds, if there is any more info that would help in troubleshooting this I would be glad to provide it. |

Hi Charlie,
I think that this is one for Tech Support. I'm going to guess that they will suggest SP2.
Why did you not go with SP2 back in April? I think that it has been available since February!
