Most data is syncing fine, but I am finding a handful of opps created recently that didn't sync out over a stretch of 10+ days. All of these were created through Citrix. Some other opps created the same way are syncing.. any thoughts? Thanks

Any files in the C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SalesLogix\Sync\QUEUEFiles\Failed folder on the Citrix box? What about C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SalesLogix\Sync\QUEUEFiles?

Could have been that they were not processed by the SLXSystem application into TEF files.

I do indeed have some files in Queuefiles that don't seem to be getting processed.. How can I remedy this?

If it doesn't look like its doing anything, kill the SLXSYSTEM.exe process. It should run again automatically.

It is installed as a service, yes?

Yes, I believe it is installed as a service. I will have to get with the Network Admin to get access to the console. I have a bunch of .qts..1706 files and .tmp from as far back as 9/18/08 which is actually the date we had determined things started dropping - not all transactions have been dropped but this is a citirx farm with 3 servers - one seems to be constipated.. I try getting the service started again. I hope I can get these processed..

I had the system admin stop restart the service on the citrix server. The .gts and .tmp files are still just sitting there. Is there a way to force these files to process?

I'm not sure. You might try renaming them as .QUE and see if they have enough info to process - probably not though. Those transactions may be toast

Actually I changed the login of the service to SLXService and the transactions promply processed. Thanks for the tips Stephen - would've taken me much longer to figure out the problem.
