Files missing and are requested

Hi,
While i am running sync manually i could see the following message
788 files were missing and requested.
Can any one tell me what is the problem.
Are these files lost forever or can i retrieve them
where will these missing files located
Please respond it's urgent

Hi
This message saying that, Some TEF files need to attach on your remote DB.
I hope, it has copied on the Archieve Folder, you can Request those files need to send and attach.
If you requests to resend those TEFs, it will copy the corresponding TEFs
from the ARCHIVES to the OUTFILES folder.
On next sync it will send to remotes.
But one thing, it will work on only saleslogix 7.0 and above.
