I am looking for documentation concerning the Synchronization performance and bandwidth.
What is the average bandwidth used by a Remote user to synchronize?

Sorry for the flip answer but... varies... One cycle could take 30 seconds.. another 10 minutes.
As long as one is NOT on a dial-up.. it's not usually an issue. You never know what will come down the "pipe".

Your question is impossible to answer without more information.
What will affect sync traffic bandwidth?
Well, number of users and volume of data changes is an obvious one. Particularly: will users be adding lots of attachments?
Perhaps less obvious are numbers of incoming e-mails and (again important) average attachment size.
When database changes are made by users, just the relevant SQL INSERT/UPDATE statements are sync'd - low bandwidth. Compare this with the relatively high bandwidth consumed by the transfer of attachments (much like what happens when you download an e-mail attachment).
Even less obvious - will you be integrating SLX with external systems (eg Financials data from an ERP)? Automated daily (or even hourly) imports from other systems can create huge amounts of sync traffic - especially if they are poorly written (eg Delete & Recreate all the data every time).
One way forward is to try to find a company somewhere that has similar metrics to you and to ask them about their experiences ...
