One way synchronization
Posted: 15 Apr 09 2:14 AM
Hi, I'm new to SalesLogix and working on 6.2.5 version. We are facing strange problem from last couple of days. It's a one way synchronization. Remote users can sync their data but not able to see transaction send by Production database. Can someone please help me to resolve the issue? Thanks in advance.

There are TONS of things that can go wrong w/sync...
A - Contact SalesLogix tech support if you have a support contract (current in M&S)
or
B - Contact your BP..
This could take a few minutes to fix or it could take many hours... be prepared to pay someone to fix this,.. and I suggest you obtain SalesLogix training.. Visit SageU.com for info on training
