Sync Problem after updating System Account Manager

Can someone please tell me the diffrence between Account Manager and System Account Manager in SalesLogix? I'm new in SalesLogix and working on 6.2.5 version and we have facing problem for remote users after updating the System account manager for all Accounts. Remote users are complaining that they can't see the latest data. I have checked sync process and didn't find any failed transactions.
Did the change in data affect the synchronisation process? |

OK - when you did this, did you also send the changes to all the remotes (bottom half of the Execute SQL screen)?
For future reference, I suggest that you investigate the Tools / Realign Territories function - it probably does what you need and does it more safely than using Execute SQL ... |
