SLX 7.5 SP1 Upgrade and Intellisync

I have been using SLX for 5 years and now I HATE Intellisync, it seems all has been good for a year or so with Intellisync, but it occasionally looses it setting, ok no big deal, thats normal, but this new SLX Intellisync portal is just totally ridiculous! I have about 6 users out of 100 at the home office where Intellisync jsut crashes, pow no matter what I do. Unintall, reinstall, blow out all the Nokia folders, nada. And I also have two remote offices where Intellisync just flat out refuses to work. The Web portal is up I can browse to it but I get the "The Sync Client is unable to log on to the server using the User ID and Password provided. Please try again". When I know for darn sure its the correct usernam and password combo. Even my Partners who have been great these past 5 years are becoming frustrated.
So....
1. Is anyone having horrible Intellistink problems with SLX 7.5
2. Do you use Instellistink? ( I have to use it because we have a blackberry solution). All I want it to synch my SLX calendar with Outlook I mean seriously come one... this should NOT be this hard. Its ridiculous and frustrating.
3. Is there ANY other product I can use to get my SLX calendar out to my Blackberry users.
Sorry for the slight flame, Im just a lone Admin out here with my back against the wall with not much help. |

(1) Since upgrading internally to v7.5, we have had challenges getting IntelliSync to work. Unfortunately, I have not had the time to commit to determining if the issue is related to a bad installation/config or if the new version is just buggy. However I will say that with our implementation, I have had similar experiences with IntelliSync hanging, etc.
(2) On occassion, for the very reason you've mentioned. Though SLX Mobile is an awesome product, it doesn't work with iPhone (to my knowledge), is somewhat expensive, and in some cases, is overkill.
(3) I honestly don't know.
