Syncronization not working

When i try to syncronize saleslogix then it showing the following error.
Cannot connect HTTP Site. Operation aborted.
Unable to connect to server on port 8080 (http response code 401 Unauthorized)
Please let me know what is the issue. |

Well, when you setup the HTTP Sync Tansfer profile you need to configure the Path for all applicable folders and the login information (although it could be per user).
Then you need to configure your Web Server to allow the users access to those folders.
You may need to ensure that the Web Authentication is properly set (Basic, set the Correct Default Domain...) and that the users (and probably IIS) have enough rights to the Files (Windows File Permission).
