A remote user is complaining that she cannot sync. She gets this error message

An unknown error occured while receiving : "Access violation at address 02B7F775 in module 'SSNetwork.dll'. Read of address 38333041"

This has happened to her a few times lately and I have cut a new db each time which seems to help for a few days.

Today, before the sync error, she found that she could not access any attached documents. I'm not sure if this is related.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

I would suggest you look into Permissions.

Is the users a local admin?
Is he properly logged into the domain?

Are the library files on his machine? Can he access them outside of SalesLogix?
When he can't sync, is he able to open up a connection to the Server sync path? Infiles and Outfiles folder ? If so, can he create files on the Infiles folder and Delete items from the Outfiles folder?
